What this website collects
The site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Its typefaces and images are served from this website's own server, so viewing it sends nothing to any other company.
Its one form, on the contact page, sends what you type (your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the session you are interested in, dates, place, number of people and your message) to our inbox by email, through our hosting provider's mail service. The website itself does not keep a copy.
How the form is protected from spam
Without using any other company, the form asks a simple arithmetic question and limits how many requests one connection can send. Viewing the contact page stores nothing. When a request is sent, our server keeps a random code marking that question as used, and the times that connection sent requests, stored under a coded fingerprint of its network address, never the address itself. These are kept for 30 minutes and one day respectively, and cleared the next time the form is used after that. A count of the day's requests, with nothing about who sent them, is kept for the day.
Server records
Like every website, this one runs on a web server. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically records standard technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the browser type, the date and time, and the page requested. These records are used to run and protect the website.
If you contact us
If you use the form, email or fax us, we use what you send, such as your name, contact details and the details of your session, only to reply to you, to arrange and carry out your session, and to keep a record of it. We do not sell or share it. If you ask to hear about mini-session dates, we keep your email address only to send you those dates, until you ask us to stop.
Client galleries
Finished photographs are delivered through Pixieset, a separate photo-delivery service. When you open your gallery, you are on Pixieset's website, and Pixieset's own privacy policy applies to what it collects there. We give Pixieset your photographs and, so it can send you your gallery, your name and email address. Galleries that include children are private: they are not listed publicly and are shared only with their families.
Photographs of you and your family
- Your photographs are shown on this website, or anywhere else in public, only with your permission.
- A photograph of a child is shown in public only with a parent's or guardian's written permission. Photographs from client galleries of children playing sports are never shown on this website.
- The photographs on this website carry no hidden camera or location details.
- If you change your mind about a photograph of you or your child that we show, tell us and we will take it down.
