These terms apply to photography sessions booked with Framed In Time Photography and to this website. Framed In Time Photography is a trade name of Kinetic Margin Holdings, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company, which is the party to every booking.
Booking and payment
- Sending a request through this website does not book a session.
- Your session is booked once the retainer is paid. The retainer is 50% of the session price and is credited toward it.
- The balance is due on the day of the session.
- The price, what the session includes and any travel fee are confirmed in writing when you book. Travel beyond 25 miles of Morgantown is charged per mile.
Rescheduling and cancelling
- If weather makes a session unworkable, we reschedule it at no charge.
- You may move your session once, with at least 48 hours' notice, and your retainer moves with it.
- The retainer is non-refundable if you cancel, because it holds a date that could have gone to someone else.
- If we have to cancel and can't offer a date that suits you, everything you've paid is refunded.
Your gallery
Your edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery hosted by Pixieset, with the link sent to you directly. The expected delivery time is given in your booking confirmation. Please download your photos once they arrive; galleries are kept online for TBD: how long.
Using your photos
- Framed In Time Photography keeps the copyright in every photograph. You receive a personal-use print release: you may print your photos and share them on your personal social media.
- Please don't sell the photos, use them to advertise a business, or enter them in contests without asking first.
- Please don't apply filters or edits to the photos you share, as they represent our work.
How we use photos of you
- We show your photos on this website or anywhere else in public only with your permission.
- A photograph of a child is shown in public only with a parent's or guardian's written permission. Galleries with children in them are private and shared only with their families.
Responsibility
If something on our side, such as equipment failure or illness, means we can't deliver your photos, we will offer a new session or refund what you've paid. We can't be responsible for photos that aren't possible because of venue rules, weather or events outside our control. Our total responsibility for any session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia. If they change, the date at the top will change with them; the terms in place when you booked apply to your session. Questions can be sent to info@framedintimephotographywv.com.
